Towards the end of the four minutes Mr. Morrison says, "BATTLE PLANS NEVER SURVIVE FIRST CONTACT WITH THE ENEMY." Is Mr. Morrison saying, "those of us who realize IB is not a good fit for Incline, are enemy?" You decide. Without a doubt Mr. Morrison has created an environment where only the minority (the IB supporters) are heard by the District; therefore, he is not acting in the best interest of our children or our community.
Mr. Morrison also said, "If we are going to fully implement this programme in IV, this independent group is going to raise the money." EITHER THIS IS MISLEADING OR WE WILL NOT BE FULLY IMPLEMENTING IB; because ibiv is only attempting to raise a small fraction of the total IB cost.
Mr. Morrison also does not see what the problem is with the UN ideology. THE PROBLEM IS - MOST OF US DO NOT WANT ANY IDEOLOGY FORCED ON OUR CHILDREN, ESPECIALLY THE UN's.
He went on to say he has tried to have conversations with us. Fact - Mr. Morrison has done EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO SILENCE US, including killing the IB community forum. This Superintendent DOES NOT
CARE ABOUT WHAT IS BEST FOR OUR COMMUNITY!

It is inconceivable that a superintendant of schools would publicallyt call parents and concerned citizens "the enemy" !! This is not a war, it is a reasonable request to step back from implementing a program that many parents and citizens have opposed for many reasons including cost, ideology,lack of core needs in curriculum, and political ties. Heath Morrison is seeing his IB programme go down the drain in financial support from our community, so he has to say something to save face.

Heath Morrison is nothing but an IB change agent. His sole purpose in coming to Nevada from Montgomery County, MD, was to push IB. This happens all over. Here is a case that just hit the news out of Ottawa, Canada:
